Director

Paul has almost 10 years in the industry across multiple major banks. He decided to start FI Collective after being frustrated at the lack of options being offered to his clients through a single financial institution. Paul has always put his clients first and has formed many lasting relationships with his clients with exceptional feedback and outcomes.

Justin Long

Mortgage Broker

With over a decade of experience across the lending landscape, Justin brings extensive knowledge and insight to his clients. He built a successful career as a mobile lender within the banking sector before transitioning into broking and joining Paul at FI Collective. Justin has established a strong network of valued clients and trusted industry partners. His commitment to delivering tailored solutions and clear guidance ensures his clients are supported throughout their property journey and empowered to achieve their financial goals.

Loans Administrator

Alice has always shown a keen interest in the finance industry and with a degree in Mathematics, she brings a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to her work. She is passionate about supporting both the team and clients to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
